Alice Shepard's Story

Meet Alice! ?

Alice is a gentle, curious young pup—just over a year old—believed to be a mix of German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, and Husky. She’s one of the sweet siblings rescued from abandonment and is now looking for a patient, loving home to help her continue to grow.

Alice’s Story: Alice and her littermates were found in the middle of nowhere after being abandoned as small puppies. They’ve only known life outdoors and missed out on the comforts and socialization of a traditional home, but they’ve come a long way. Now, Alice is ready to take the next step with a family of her own.

Alice’s Personality: Alice is slightly more confident than her sister Helen—just enough to take a few extra steps toward new things, but she’s still a bit timid and learning to trust. She’s curious about the world, learns new things quickly, and rides well in the car. While she isn’t potty trained yet, she’s very willing and just needs guidance and structure to continue progressing.

Her Ideal Home: Alice will thrive with someone who can offer her patience, encouragement, and consistency. She would do well in a quieter home with a secure yard and someone who’s excited to help her build confidence at her own pace. She’s available for foster, foster-to-adopt, or adoption—whichever path helps her find the right fit.

If you're looking for a kind, teachable pup who just needs a little boost to shine, Alice could be the perfect companion for you.

*Please note that while this pet is listed in locally, however they are located in Tri-Cities. We are happy to work with adopters from all over the PNW and can discuss transport options if needed.
