They dumped this dog on our foster mom, after taking the pledges and basically running. The foster mom paid for all of Alice's vetting which includes her spay and she was treated for heartworms. Shame on that "rescue". Alice is a sweetheart! She loves everyone, except cats! Housebroken, crate trained and new dog friends, well, that depends on the new dog. She is not that selective, just needs to meet them first. She always has a smile on her face and loves to meet new people!!! She is a strong girl and needs a few more manners on leash but otherwise, a great girl. Last Chance Pet Rescue, Inc's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fees are as follows, but can vary if the animal is sponsored by a private party or at the discretion of the rescue. For dogs, fees vary. This fee pays for the animal's spay or neuter, parvo/distemper vaccination, deworming, rabies vaccination and a heartworm check for dogs over 6 months old and a microchip For Cats the adoption fee varies but includes spay/neuter, deworming, flea treatment and age appropriate vaccines. We require a pre-adoption application be completed so that a vet reference can be verified and an acceptable home visit is completed before the adoption can be approved.
