This 4-year-old, 30-pound terrier blend has spent several weeks in a foster home learning good manners and discovering how wonderful it feels to be safe and loved.<br/><br/>Albert enjoys the companionship of other dogs, adores people, and brings a playful, happy energy wherever he goes. He’s a fun little guy with a big heart.
