Alastair's Story

Alastair was a stray found abandoned in a Long Beach dog park. This sweet little boy is approximately 7+ years old but has the soul of a kind old man. He was diagnosed by the shelter as stage 5 - 6 heart murmur with periodontal disease. After a comprehensive medical workup, his cardiologist cleared him as stable, and likely a grade 2 or better heart murmur. His vet recommended a dental cleaning and says he's gonna live a long, happy forever - now we just need to find him his perfect home.<br/><br/>This is one of those dogs that really make a home. Anyone that finds a place for Alastair in their home will be the luckiest family ever. But his sweet personality and gentle soul doesn’t shine on social media. You just need to meet him to fall in love. So let us know if you’d like to meet this special boy.
