Alani

Meet Alani!
Alani is a 6-month-old pocket pittie who is super friendly and has done well with cats, dogs, and kids!
Today, she got to enjoy a Dogs Day Out adventure, and here’s what the volunteers had to say about this sweet girl!

Thanks for letting us take Alani out today! She was a sweetheart!! She was playful on our walk, but also snuggly and chill in the car.

Our first stop was to Dunkin’ to get her a pup cup, which she liked. Then we went to Lily Park and she was playful with my 7 year old, as he threw sticks for her to run after as my 11 year old held her leash and ran with her. After the park, we went on a little ride to Tractor supply, where she was very curious and very popular!! We let her pick out a toy to take back to the shelter with her. Our last stop was to the Schoharie Creek Fishing access spot. On our ride back to the shelter, she snuggled right up with the kids in the back seat.
