Akira's Story

Hi Everyone!!! My name is Akira but my foster mama calls me Kira Bean! <br/>I am approximately 10 months old and fully vetted. I need you to know I had a really rough start to life so I am VERY shy to begin with. Once I know you aren’t going to hurt me, I am your best friend. I am crate trained but when it comes to bedtime; I prefer to snuggle with my human. I am dog friendly, cat friendly…I am chicken curious but I am easily corrected. When it comes to kids, I do best with older kiddos. My foster mama has learned that if there is too much going on, it’s best to put me in my crate in a quiet space. I am working on my leash skills and am learning I love going for walks. The way to my heart is potato chips…they are my favorite snack!
