AJ's Story

AJ
5 1/2 YO
Possible Shepherd Mix
70lbs
UTD on vaccinations
Neutered

Hi all, AJ here.
I'm excited to find my furever family! Foster dad says I am very happy pup and love to be near my person. I'm crate trained and happily go in when asked to. I am fully house trained also. Not a single accident. I get along great with my furry foster brothers and I want to play often. They are grumpy and don't always want to, but I keep trying. Im even willing to share my bones toys with them! I would do great with another playful pup with proper, slow introductions. I am super smart and know more commands than any dog FD has ever worked with. He says I am a pleasure to walk. I can be a little anxious and because I am a working dog, I need my brain and nose worked. An experienced owner would be best for me as I do like to protect/guard my owner. Not a lot of coming and going in the house would be best, but lots of walks and “work” for me. A home with no cats, small dogs or children would also be best. I don't need more training. I'm already there. I just need continued understanding and work.
I am a wonderful pup and everyone seems to love me. FD says I need a hero. Can you be that?
(39)
