Aggie's Story

I’m a gentle little puppy with a timid nature and a big love for cuddles—but I’m growing every day. I feel happiest when I’m wrapped up in a cozy blanket or curled into my puppy bed, especially after a play session that’s getting longer and more fun as I become more playful and brave.

One of my favorite things is falling asleep pressed up against a warm body—it makes me feel safe and calm. I love going on walks, meeting new people, and playing with other dogs, kids, and friendly faces. Even though I can be a little shy at first, I warm up quickly and enjoy being part of the action.

I’m learning all my puppy skills slowly and carefully, and I’m making great progress. I know how to sit, I’m almost fully potty trained, and I know to go potty when I’m taken outside—plus I’m getting really good at signaling when I need to go out, which makes me very proud.

I’m gaining confidence, finding my courage, and discovering the world one small step at a time—with plenty of cuddles along the way. 🐾✨

Aggie is estimated to be 4 months old and 24 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.

We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events!

Please note: All dogs/puppies will not be at every event, and some may find their home prior to the event.
