Agatha's Story

This adorable 12-lb/ @ 5-year-old schnauzer mix had a rough start to life—spending the first part of her life living in a yard, overbred and without proper socialization. Because of that, she can be shy when first meeting new people and will need time to feel safe - but she's the sweetest baby! Really!

Agatha is just as sweet as she looks.

But don't let her initial timid nature fool you. With a bit of patience, gentle sweet talk and a treat or two, Agatha quickly starts to blossom. Once she trusts you, she transforms into the ultimate lap dog who wants nothing more than to be your very best friend.

Agatha has been fostered with both dogs and cats and does well around them, but she would also be fine as an only dog in the home.

She's looking for a calm, loving home that understands shy dogs and is ready to give her the kindness she's always deserved.

Thoughtful humans, slow introductions to new things, lots of love and a cozy lap are the keys to Agatha's heart.

needs a chill, small dog savvy home

would love to be the apple of someone's eye

shy gal/a thinker best with slow introductions to new things!

fully vetted and had dental !!

Altered, UTD vaccines, microchipped

Fostered in N Andover -apply today!

*Please note: We're an all-volunteer organization, and incomplete applications cannot be processed.*

If you're interested in adopting a GBP rescue PAL, please submit an application through the link below.
