Adoption Pending - Rocket

Rocket’s adoption is pending. He is getting a chance to see if he will work out with a prospective adopter. They took advantage of our Foster - to Adopt program to give him a try in their own home.<br/><br/>Meet Rocket! Rocket came to us as a stray. We are all surprised no one has come looking for him. He was already neutered and microchipped. Unfortunately, the microchip was never registered. Without being registered we have no way of finding his owners.<br/><br/>The vet estimates Rocket is about 5 1/2 years old. Rocket, true to his breed will be your loyal shadow. He is timid at first but warms up quickly. Rocket is looking for a job to do as he is herding our volunteers in the kennels already. We believe Rocket would do best with older kids. He loves to play fetch and he knows a lot of commands too! So far we have found that he knows Sit, Down, Come, but we are sure there are more. He is well behaved and walks nicely on the leash.
