Penny is around 8-9 yrs old and weighs around 8-9 lbs. She was rescued from a puppymill situation so is on the shy side. She will need someone who is willing to give her the time to adjust and is willing to work on housetraining issues. She is doing well with her crate training. She has been completely vetted. Unfortunately, all of her teeth had to be pulled because of neglect.
