How cute is Picasso! He gets along with everyone, he’s playful and adorable and he loves people! He is still in Mexico and we really want to put him into a home here in greater Vancouver/Bellingham/Seattle. Please send us a message if you’d be interested in fostering or adopting Picasso. All his veterinary care has been done. He’s neutered and he’s had all his vaccines. He’s adorable!
