Adonis spent 8 weeks at GCI (Grafton Correctional Institute) and is now a Proud Trained Graduate!! He was adored by his trainer and can’t wait to show you all he has learned!! “Adonis is a wonderful dog with a big personality! He will snuggle by your side all day if you let him. Adonis is a master of fetch playing! He is house trained and will let you know when he has to potty. Adonis is friendly with dogs he knows- he just needs slow introductions to new dogs. He’s a great dog!!”<br/><br/>Adonis originally came to FAPL from a loving home, and hopes for a short shelter stay. Adonis is always smiling! He truly is! Oh- and wagging his tail! Adonis is very friendly with other dogs out and about, but is best as the only dog in his new home. (Just doesn’t want to share his food). Don’t pass this guy up- Adonis is a fantastic dog - one that you could take on adventures, dog friendly patios, on your next vacation!! Adonis, truly a wonderful dog!!<br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. <br/><br/>If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.<br/><br/>Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
