Meet Addias!<br/><br/>Male - lab mix - DOB 8/24/03 - originally from Arkansas <br/><br/>Adoption fee is $400 which includes their initial distemper vaccines and neuter at our local vet at 6 months old. If you chose to use your own vet, you must pay the entire $400 adoption fee and with proof of netuer at 6 months old, we will refund $100 of the adoption fee. There is a required adoption contract that MUST be signed prior to adoption. All meet and greets will be held in Mountain Top, PA. <br/><br/>If you are interested in applying, you can submit an aplication from our website www.friendswithpaws.org. You must also email us at friendswithpaws@aol.com a picture of your home from the front, back and inside. We use these pictures in replace of a home visit. If you rent, we MUST have permission from your landlord before your application review will even take place. If you have other pets, they MUST be fixed and UTD on vaccines or we will not approve your application.
