Meet Adeline
I'm so worried that nobody will want an "older" girl like me. That no one will take the chance to let me shower them with all the love that's just waiting in my heart for that special someone!!! Well...what is older....I mean age is just a state of mind, right?
Adeline is is a sweet, loving, wonderful 12ish year old girl who would make anyone a wonderful companion. Adeline is spunky and fun and knows what she wants and lets you know, too. She absolutely loves to snuggle with you on the couch and seems to know when you've had a tough day and could use some snuggles, too. She also loves to follow you around to be near you. She loves getting scratches and love pats by her people and her adoration shines through her soulful eyes. She is gentle and great with all ages...young and old alike. She gets along well with other dogs and lives with 2 foster fur sisters in her foster home, but I will say she's not fond of dogs who try to sniff at her ear and she lets them know that. She takes treats gently and dishes out doggie kisses just as gently. She is fully house trained and trustworthy in the home and enjoys free roam.
She is fully up to date on all her shots and is on monthly heartworm preventative. She does have some osteoarthritis that can make her a little stiff after laying for longer times, but Galliprant has greatly helped with that and otherwise has a clean bill of health. She is slower and more cautious on steps but does them fine.
