At the end of that time, if the match is perfect for the family as well as the dog, an adoption contract is signed.<br/><br/>We have a $400 donation fee for dogs under 1 year, $350 for dogs years 1 to 6 and $250 for dogs 7 and older.<br/><br/>Applicants must be 21 years of age, be financially able to support the dog's everyday needs as well as medical expenses, be physically and mentally capable of caring for the dog. <br/><br/>Applicant must have knowledge of breed of dog they are applying to adopt and of any breed restrictions in their cities, buildings, neighborhoods.<br/><br/>All our dogs have had a CBC, lab tests for parasites as well as Heartworm and Lyme disease.
