Abbe de l'Epee's Story

Hi there. Did the name Abbe de l'Epee catch your interest? I am named after the french founder of the first school for deaf children. Why? Well, because I am a 5 month old female deaf dalmatian puppy that was dumped at a shelter, which is NOT a non-kill, shelter, just because my owners figured out I was deaf! Fortunately the shelter staff quickly recognized how wonderful, handicapable and lovable that I am and they contacted Save the Dalmatians as quickly as possible to get me out of there ASAP! Within 24 hours there was a network of people that saved me! (Thank You Tomeka!). I may be deaf but I certainly am not dumb.....just wait until you get older and have to keep asking WHAT DID YOU SAY?. I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to go to a home that is willing to be creative and educate themselves on training techniques for deaf dogs! If you are that person please click on the link below. Save the Dalmatians has dogs located throughout Southern California. They service Orange County, LA, Riverside, San Diego and other So Cal locations. Please visit there website at www.savethedals.org.
