344-25 Ben's Story
Ben is a delightful one-year-old heeler mix, weighing in at a sturdy 36 pounds. With a gentle spirit, this sweet boy is still on a journey to learn how to trust people after experiencing disappointment in his previous home. Ben walks gracefully on a leash, his tail wagging softly as he explores the great outdoors, although he starts at the sound of sudden, loud noises. You can see the eagerness in his eyes as he yearns for warmth, love, and the comfort of cuddles, even though he’s unsure how to accept them just yet. Every day is a new opportunity for Ben to bloom a little more, gradually building his trust. He deserves a compassionate family that understands his past and will patiently guide him through his adjustment process. Already neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations, Ben is also negative for heartworm and Lyme disease, ready to find a safe and loving forever home where he can thrive<br/>*Interested in adopting? * To take the first step towards bringing this lovely dog into your home, please complete our online application at https://www.guernseycountydogshelter.com/ or click the round purple button to access it.
