She benefits from outdoor play, while also wanting to be near her person and loves getting attention! Sometimes she will demand attention. She is currently working on not jumping on people.<br/><br/>She took a week to acclimate to my house and yard, and she wants her person to accompany her when she potties in the evening before bed where she can be particular as to where she does her business. She will need a patient adopter to allow her to find the perfect spot! If you have her on leash in the backyard, she won't go potty. She does well with other dogs but really loves her humans! She is incredibly intelligent and has mastered: place, come, touch, stop, no, off/down, wait. She needs exercise every day and will adapt well with discipline and regular obedience training. She is defensive and reactive when surprised or guests visit, but not aggressive, and will benefit from a structured, proactive environment.<br/><br/>If interested, we recommend submitting an adoption application at: www.foothilldogrescue.org<br/><br/>This dog will be available at Saturday’s adoption event at our rescue.
