#25's Story
This sweet boy came to us after a house fire in our city. Sadly, the owner never came back for him. He was in rough shape upon arrival --eye infections, skin infection, lyme disease, urinary issues and sadly our vet is thinking he may have prostate cancer. He has been neutered (which helped his symptoms a bit) and is now on medication for all of his conditions. He will have more testing in the weeks ahead to determine his cancer status. We will most likely be looking for a hospice placement that will give him the love he deserves for whatever time he has left. If you have some love to give this sweet fella, please fill out online application at pawtucketanimalshelter.com or stop by the shelter.
