22-061 Big Bob's Story
Meet Big Bob!

Big Bob from the original DSDA Bluey Litter is now almost 4 years old and 55 pounds of handsome, playful floof. He was adopted as a young puppy into a home with small children, but as he grew up it became clear that busy kid energy just isn't Bob's vibe. Some dogs prefer a quieter life, and Bob is one of them, so he has returned to us to find the home that truly fits him.

If a peaceful, kid-free household sounds like your kind of place too, Big Bob might be the perfect companion.

Bob enjoys the company of female dogs, enjoys long walks, and will happily play fetch whenever you're up for it. He's a smart boy who already knows multiple commands and has great manners. In true cattle dog fashion, he's observant, loyal, and happiest when he has his people nearby.

Because of his herding instincts, Bob will need a home without small children. He has not been formally cat tested and may also do just fine as an only dog soaking up all the attention.

Like many cattle dogs, Bob thrives with active owners, a secure fenced yard, and a family who is home more often than not. Give him a little exercise, a little structure, and a lot of love, and he'll reward you with a loyal best friend for years to come.

Big Bob has been waiting patiently for the right family. Could that be you?

To meet Big Bob in person visit our website for more details regarding our adoption process and complete the easy online no obligation adoption application at www.dsda.org/adopt.

* Adoption Fees:

Puppies (12 months and under) - $325

Dogs (over 12 months) - $275

Qualifications for Adoption: No dog is alike and each dog has different requirements based on breed, age, energy level and life experiences.
