1665 Bambi's Story

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS

FENCED YARD
AGE APPROPRIATE CANINE COMPANION

Hello world! My name is Bambi. I got my name as my foster mom first thought I was a fawn hoping thru the field in a rural area. I was skittish and skinny with an injured paw. It took them 30 minutes to lure me to them. I would not have gone with them at all if not for the treats they had. They smelled so good and I was so hungry.

Fast forward a few weeks....I still love treats. Oh, and that really good food that helped mended me up. My foster family now says that I am a Dear one. I got that spay thing done which I can tell you was not so "dear". I mean I didn't even want my food that might that that's unheard of!

I love being outside in my fenced yard. I try to catch the lizards in the yard or a leaf that blows by. I am told I am around 2 years old and definitely have the energy of a 2 year old. I play and play and then about 830p I crash for the night and sleep all night in my cool kennel. I am so smart too they say..I know sit, stay and come and this is just the beginning of my training.

There is this ball of fur they call a Pomeranian here and I like to try and swat at her so she will play with me and they keep telling me NO so I have to stop. Probably best if I don't have a permanent home with small dogs, cats or squirrels that live there too. I don't mind them. I just try to play and Im much bigger. When I get the zoomies I don't pay much attention to whats around me so probably no small children either.

I now weigh 40lbs which is the perfect weight and my paw is all healed as well. My foster mom is willing to meet you with Dear me (I love car rides0 or you can come see me own my yard.

I am my foster family first foster. My 'Deer' or Dear' ears sole my moms heart and she could easily foster fail (keep me forever) but she's trying to prove my foster dad wrong (that she can foster and not keep every one). If I stayed she wouldn't be able to help others like me that just need a place for a bit until our forever family finds us.

If you would like to meet Bambi. please fill out the application below (copy and paste to your browser) and we will get back with you as soon as we can,

https://form.jotform.com/211044942326146

Adoption fee pays for all vetting....spay surgery, a heart worm test, all vaccinations, deworming, flea prevention and a microchip
