13 papillion for foster and adopt

Here’s the names of all now, 7 boys 6 girls all sweet albeit scared. We are requiring knowledge of handling scared puppy mill type dogs and secure fenced yards. All these dogs were living in a shed used for breeding so they know nothing. Must be kind patient loving safe and secure homes. All range from about 1 yr old to 4 yr old. Sadly one of them Petunia has massive mammary tumors all over and encapsulating her chest wall under her entire rib cage and is only 18 months old. I’ve never seen anything like this unless really old breeder dogs. Please pray for her I’m really concerned.
