UPDATE 2/15. Opie's owner surrendered him to the pound today. Picked up as a stray on 1/30. Available on 2/3. His toenails are painted PINK! Someone took the time to paint this big guys nails, and he must have liked being fussed over, and cared for...where are his owners?? Poor Opie wants to go home. He's a young dog, very handsome, red brindle coloring, and four white paws. Opie appears to have been cared for, nice weight, clean looking dog, who will sit for his treats, seems to be a well mannered dog. He may need your help, if his family doesn't come for him. Please keep this beautiful dog in mind, if you love the bully breed, and are looking for a new family member! $86.00 fee includes license, 4 way shot, Bordetella vaccine, flea treatment if necessary. Some dogs are also wormed, Heartworm tested. $50.00 goes to the cost of spay/neuter and rabies. We take cash only, no checks, or credit cards. Because most of our dogs in the kennel are strays, we do not have any knowledge about each individual dog's background, so we cannot make any health claims or behavior assurances concerning our dogs. Stray dogs are held 72 hours before being placed for adoption. 501c3 Rescue Organizations may pull a dog at a reduced rate, but must provide proof of non-profit status. When adopting a dog from a public facility, that information is considered public record.
