Within just days of arriving at her foster home, this sweet girl bloomed into the ultimate "Velcro cat".<br/><br/>If you are looking for a devoted companion, Zuri is your girl. She greets you right at the door, follows you from room to room like a little duckling, and insists on being involved in everything you do—whether that's cooking dinner, brushing your teeth, or relaxing on the couch. Zuri is endlessly curious, incredibly loving, and always eager to keep you company.<br/><br/>But Zuri isn't just a people cat—she is also an amazing friend to other cats. And one friendship in particular has become very special.<br/><br/> Zuri & Clementine<br/><br/>Zuri and Clementine actually share a history. Both girls came from the same difficult hoarding situation and were ultimately left to fend for themselves outside. While Zuri quickly discovered how wonderful indoor life could be, Clementine needed much more time to feel safe.<br/><br/>That's where Zuri came in.<br/><br/>Clementine is naturally a shy, slow-to-bloom girl, and having her familiar friend Zuri beside her has helped her gain confidence and adjust to each new environment much faster. The two have become inseparable little roommates who chase each other around the house, play together, nap together, and even curl up with their foster mom together.<br/><br/>Zuri's confident, outgoing personality brings Clementine out of her shell, and Clementine gives Zuri a wonderful companion to share all of her adventures with. Together, they pretty much run the house! <br/><br/>Because of their special bond, we would absolutely love to see Zuri and Clementine adopted together. If you're looking for two cats who will entertain each other, keep each other company, and fill your home with twice the personality, these girls might be your perfect match.<br/><br/> A note about Zuri's diet<br/><br/>Because of Zuri's history with pancreatitis, she does best when her digestive system stays on a consistent routine. She currently eats Royal Canin Digestive Care wet and dry food. This is a regular, non-prescription diet and does not require a veterinary prescription.<br/><br/>Clementine is on the same diet as Zuri, which also makes mealtime much easier in their shared home. Keeping them on the same food helps avoid the challenge of feeding two different diets and, most importantly, allows Zuri to continue with the routine that has been working well for her.<br/><br/>Zuri is otherwise a happy, playful girl who is ready for her forever home!<br/><br/>When she isn't shadowing her favorite human or playing with Clementine, Zuri loves exploring, watching everything that's happening around her, and being involved in whatever her people are doing. She is affectionate, social, playful, and wonderfully curious.<br/><br/>Zuri has come so far from her difficult beginning. Now she is ready for the part of her story she has always deserved: a loving forever home where she can be someone's devoted little shadow—and, hopefully, where Clementine can be right beside her.
