Ziva was found outside, looking very thin and losing fur badly in the Spring of 2022.<br/><br/>Although she was microchipped, we were unable to get ahold of her previous owners.<br/><br/>The Sanctuary got her up-to-date on her vaccines and back to a healthy weight as she was very malnutrition.<br/><br/>All along, Ziva acted sweet and grateful to be safe and indoors.<br/><br/>Ziva loves people but does not love being around a large number of cats. She typically keeps to herself in a quiet corner. Ziva will occasionally let you hold her but she prefers to sit on your lap or the cushion next to you.<br/><br/>Ziva does require some additional grooming to maintain her luscious locks. She does groom herself, but needs additional brushing or occasionally shaved down.<br/><br/>Ziva does not like being restrained in any way. She will fight you if you need to medicate her or when it is time for a vet visit.
