To schedule an appointment, first fill out an application at dmcasf.org/adoption-application. Once staff have reviewed your application, we will call you as soon as we are able. Please allow 2-3 additional days to process your application due to limited staff. Missing Pet: If your family is missing a pet, please visit petharbor.com to view the impounded animal's descriptions and photos to confirm if your pet is at the shelter. If you see your pet, please call us at 217-425-4508, you may need to leave a voice mail due to limited staff. You may call to schedule a time to look through our stray area.
