Board members will review the application. 3. A board member will notify the potential adopter to let them know that they have been rejected, or to set up a phone interview. 4. If the interview goes well, the next step would be discussing a time to set up a virtual home visit. (Pictures of the living area) 5. Pay the adoption fee.
