Meet Zelda , she is around 1 1/2 years old. Zelda is a funny girl, she has taken her time trusting us. She came into our care the summer of 2025 as a teen mom. She had the most outgoing kittens with BIG personalities.<br/><br/>While Zelda is ok with other cats, she would likely do best with maybe one other cat in the home or solo. She is now asking for affection, on her terms, and is known to swat at you when she is done. She is a pretty, but sometimes moody girl. She is not currently a lap cat, but maybe in time with the right person, she will come around. <br/><br/>❤️She is looking for a patient family, someone that will respect Zelda's boundaries and allow her to warm up on her terms. <br/><br/>Zelda stays in a community room with other moms and older kittens that mostly came from the same location she did. She hangs out and gets along with everyone in the room.<br/><br/>We know there is a calm and patient home that will be purrfect for her. We only transport them once adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. We list them on Petfinder in the locations where we travel.❣️<br/><br/>WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks.<br/>We facilitate adoptions through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to VA, MD, PA, NJ, CT, VT, and NY. Our dogs travel in comfort with 24/7 care. We have been facilitating long distance adoptions since 2019.<br/><br/>***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not DNA test. We rescue animals from different situations. We discuss breed assignments with our vets to label them as accurately as possible. ***<br/><br/>We are currently unable to adopt pets to ME and RI residents
