Yeti's Story

Yeti - Male DOB 3/31/2024 Domestic Short Hair - White

Unlike the mysterious creature he’s named after, this Yeti doesn’t hide—he’s happiest right by your side. A calm and easygoing kitty, Yeti enjoys the simple pleasures: a gentle brushing session, a cozy perch by the window, or just being near his favorite people. He will quietly make himself part of your day without demanding the spotlight. Yeti has settled in more and more now, and showing us who he really is, but what we’ve seen so far is a sweet, steady guy who values security and affection.

Yeti has become a very playful kitty, playing with the other kittens like he never got to be a kitten himself. Because of this, he will need to go home with another playful kitty—even though he will still enjoy lots of attention and people play time. He would do best with a young playful kitty as long as they aren't an alpha male who has issues with another male cat. He has become friends and playmates recently with another kitten George, and they would make a great pair to go home together. He has also been cozying up with Gigi who is in his foster home.

We think Yeti would do fine with a respectful, cat-friendly dog after a careful introduction, and he would be best suited to a home with only older children who understand that even the friendliest cats need their space sometimes.

If you’ve been hoping for a low-key, but playful friend who will be content to watch the world go by at your side, Yeti may be the mythical match you’ve been searching for.

Please apply via our easy online application at https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian.
