Wren's Story

Queen Wren and two older kittens about 4-6 months old from a previous litter (Woody and Willow) came to us as a result of her previous owner threatening to have all three euthanized if no one took them that day.

We were full but a brand new kennel had just arrived, so we offered to take them in to save their lives.

Upon arrival, July 8, 2021, we learned that Wren was pregnant.

August 1. 2021 at 4:00 am Wren birthed 5 beautiful boy kittens. They are also seeking their forever homes. (Big Speck, Little Speck, Moo Moo, Kenny, and Black & White)

Wren is friendly and loves to inspect any bags placed on a countertop. She is a bit territorial and prefers other cats keep their distance and stay out of her space. She currently gets along with 40+ other cats, other than occasional slapping.

You can submit your adoption application through Petfinder or this link:
https://txcat.org/adopt/
