WormTail's Story

Wormtail was originally caught for TNR, but once it became apparent how much he was suffering on the streets, he was moved to a foster home. Luckily, he is EXTREMELY friendly and loves nothing more than companionship. When he was found, he was missing his tail, had severe dental problems and was full of intestinal worms. Now he has no worms, and still doesn't have a tail, so he was affectionately named Wormtail.

Wormy always wants to spend as much time as possible near people and is even extremely welcoming to strangers. He loves to lay on his foster parents chests and make biscuits on their shoulders/ neck while rubbing his face into their face. Even that doesn't seem to be close enough for Wormy, if he could find a way to permanently attach himself, he probably would! He is extremely affectionate.

Wormy is also very energetic and, when he is not cuddling, he loves to wrestle his toys, jump after wands, and chase lasers. He has one favorite toy that he likes to carry around the house while "talking" to it. He also is very talkative to people and happy to share his thoughts.

Wormtail gets along well with other cats and would be happy to have another outgoing pet sibling. The other cats in his foster home aren't as outgoing and he does occasionally harass them to play more than they would like so he may not do well with extremely shy cats. He hasn't been around dogs, but given how social and in search of companionship he is, he may do well with a dog sibling with proper introductions.

If you are looking for an extremely affectionate, energetic companion, Wormtail is the boy for you!
