Woody's Story

Meet handsome WOODY! This long-haired gentleman kitty has a flowing brown and black tabby patterned fur coat. Our vet staff estimates WOODY to be approximately between five to seven years old.

WOODY was found as a stray roaming a rural area. A concerned resident wanted to get him help after she noticed he kept frequenting her backyard more and more and wanted to come in her house. Upon arrival at our cat center, it was determined that WOODY had already been neutered. So perhaps he may have had a home at some point in his past. Being a long-haired kitty and fending for yourself in the outside world is not easy. WOODY was loaded with matts on his chin, belly and back. He received the royal grooming treatment from our vet staff. WOODY'S long, tangled hair was shaved into a "lion's cut" which leaves the fur on his head, neck, and tail intact. WOODY is a calm, charming type of guy. He enjoys being pet and likes to explore. WOODY wants nothing more than a window from which he can watch the world go by and cozy napping spots. Come meet this affectionate fellow for yourself and perhaps find the feline companion your heart and home have been missing.

Neutered, Rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested negative, Flea prevention applied and Microchipped.

If you'd like to meet WOODY, or any of our adoptable cats or kittens, please fill out an Adoption Form found in the link: https://pawswatch.org/adoptions/
