Caring About The Strays (C.A.T.S.) Inc.'s Adoption Policy
The first step in our adoption process is to fill out our online application at our website, www.care4strays.org. Once received, it will be reviewed by one of our trained volunteers. If approved, we'll be in touch to arrange a "meet and greet" with the animal. All of our cats/dogs are in private foster homes. Our animals are given wonderful care in private foster homes.  In order to meet them, we require a completed application, which you can find at our website, www.care4strays.org.   Also, please check our website for adoption events.
