Meet Woody. Woody is an outgoing, affectionate guy who wants to be wherever you are. He'll trail behind you, hop into your lap the moment you sit, and soak up every bit of love you offer. He's gentle, sweet, and wonderfully peoplefocused. He's not big on other cats, but Ice Ice Baby is his exception. They became brothers when they bonded over their shared IBS, and Woody is more attached to Ice Ice than anyone else. They comfort each other, play together, and navigate their specialneeds routines as a team. He has IBS/IBD, so he needs a consistent specialty diet and an adopter who understands his sensitive stomach. He uses the litter box reliably and thrives with routine. If you're looking for a devoted lap cat with a huge heart, Woody and Ice Ice Baby are ready to join your family. Adoption Information Prior to adoption, every cat in our care is spayed or neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for parasites, and combo-tested for FIV/FeLV. We make sure each cat is healthy, safe, and ready to thrive in their forever home. Adoption Fees Kittens (under 6 months): $150 Adults (over 6 months): $125 Seniors / Special Needs: $75 Please Note: We cannot hold cats for any reason. Please only apply if you're ready to meet and welcome your new companion within 3 days of applying. Kittens under 4 months must go to a home with another friendly feline, or be adopted with a buddy. (If a kitten is excluded from this rule, it will be noted in their profile.)

TO ADOPT, ONE MUST Have current photo identification with your current address Be willing and able to spend the time & money needed to care for your cat Carefully read the terms of our Adoption Contract and agree to its terms. Agree that if they cannot keep the cat they have adopted from St. Sophia’s, they must return the cat to us Agree to allow an authorized representative of St. Sophia’s to make an adoption follow-up THE PROCESS Adopting should never be an impulse decision — pets are for life. We respectfully ask that you come fully prepared to take on the care of a cat prior to filling out an application. On average, owning a cat costs $40 a month (food/litter/health), which is $480 annually. Cats (especially kittens) take lots of time, dedication, and love to grow and develop into loving and healthy household pets. Because we at St. Sophia’s pride ourselves in knowing our cats, we want what’s best for them, and to ensure they are going to good homes we conduct reference checks (personal and veterinary) in addition to the basic application. Please expect the adoption process to take at least 24 hours, and when your adoption is finalized, you’ll need to bring a carrier to take your new pet home in.
