Wonder's Story

Wonder is a confident, clever, long-haired teenage kitten who just happens to be blind. Despite his lack of sight, he navigates new spaces incredibly well and quickly maps his environment-including climbing and exploring cat trees like a pro.

Wonder thrives on consistency and does best in a calm, stable, indoor-only home where furniture stays put. He startles easily with loud noises, so a quiet household without young children will help him feel safe and confident.
He adores other cats and bonds deeply-he even learned to follow his foster brother by the sound of a bell.

Wonder is also a total lap cat, always first in line for cuddles, and will happily stay with you for hours. He's sweet, food-motivated (watch your fingers!), and adapts quickly once he trusts his people-just speak before touching so he knows you're there.

Wonder is an absolute love bug with so much heart to give and is ready to meet his forever family. He's looking for a calm, stable, single-story home where he can learn his surroundings and navigate confidently. With patience and a peaceful environment, he'll thrive and make a wonderfully loving companion

All RCCR kitties are vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered, and dewormed. We encourage pair adoptions and offer a discounted fee: $125 for one or $200 for a pair. Applications are reviewed by our volunteer team-please allow up to one week for a response.
