Wolfie 's Story

Meet Wolfie 🖤

Wolfie is a stunning, fluffy black cat with a striking white plume on his chest — and an equally beautiful personality to match.

He showed up near a feral cat colony in Greenville, Jersey City that’s cared for by a very dedicated TNR trapper. Unlike the community cats around him, Wolfie quickly made it clear that he was different. He is almost certainly a forgotten or abandoned pet who still loves people deeply and seeks out affection whenever he can get it.

Wolfie is estimated to be around 2 years old. He has been neutered, and we are currently awaiting results for FIV/FeLV testing. He is living in a TNR holding space and is very ready for a real home where he can finally relax and be loved the way he deserves.

He is a sweet, gentle, and affectionate boy who enjoys both receiving and giving affection. Wolfie appears to be comfortable around other cats and does not seem reactive or bothered by them. Based on his calm and tolerant demeanor, we believe he could do well in a home with respectful children of any age.

We are unsure of his disposition around dogs, but potential adopters are welcome to bring their dog to meet him at the holding space to see if it’s a good match.

Wolfie is the kind of cat who feels like he belonged to someone once — and is patiently waiting for that feeling again. If you’re looking for a loving companion with a soft coat and an even softer heart, Wolfie may be your perfect match.
