Wolfey's Story
Wolfey's story will break your heart.

He was a bottle baby taken in by a lady who had him for 5 years. She lost her job and had to move in with her son. Four total cats shared one small bathroom in the son's house for FOUR MONTHS as they really weren't welcome there.

Wolfey was surrendered to Pawportunities with the other 3 cats. They all quickly found homes.

Unfortunately, Wolfey developed diabetes in his second home and was returned again. THAT WAS A YEAR AGO.

He was very sick when he came back to us. Our amazing vet saved his life.

Wolfey will need Insulin shots twice a day forever. He will need a vet visit a couple times a year to monitor his diabetes. He eats regular, over-the-counter low carb pate cat food. He takes his shots like a champ. This diagnosis is very manageable... just like in humans. It is not a death sentence.

Wolfey has lived with other cats. He ADORES kids. He's a talker but has a quiet meow. He loves catnip toys and bring brushed and cuddles. He loves being by his people.

He is living in a foster home. To adopt Wolfey, please first apply at Www.pawportunities.com/adopt

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, fiv and felv testing, dewormer, microchip, flea/tick/earmite/heartworm prevention and age appropriate vaccines.
