Wizard's Story
Wizard has been adopted and returned to the rescue twice. The first time, he was adopted as a kitten and everything was fine for 2 years, until he started not using the litter box out of the blue. Then, he got adopted again, but only lasted for about 3 weeks before he was returned for the same reason. He was taken to the vet to look for a medical reason, but the vet determined it was behavioral. He is deaf and gets startled easily if he doesn't see you. I think he needs a quiet home with maybe one sweet, easy going cat. He is fine with dogs, but not a hyper dog.
Wizard is a sweet, shy boy. He can be playful, too. He needs a home with not a lot of activity because he can’t hear you coming and will get startled easily.
It will take him a little time to trust you. You have to let him come to you and ask for pets. I think if he gets stressed, it causes him to stop using the litter box, so a calm, quiet, low activity house would be best for him. He deserves a loving family of his own. He has lots of love to give.
