WINSTON's Story

WINSTON is a 9 year old male BRITISH SHORTHAIR. He is up to date on vaccinations, FeLV/FIV negative, neutered, and microchipped. He has all of his claws. Winston also had a senior blood panel that was unremarkable.
Winston came in to care as his owner passed away. He was very much loved and cared for by his previous owner.

He is quite the gentleman and does fine with being picked up and brushed. Due to his flatter face, he will need his eyes wiped on occasion. He is a very docile, relaxed guy. He is happy sitting in a cat tree looking out the window or in a cat cave. He is independent, but also very affectionate and will let you know when he wants attention. He is a very nice boy.

He is on some specific food due to some IBD issues in the past. This has done wonders for him and has had no issues in foster care. It is not a prescription food. He eats both dry and wet, but loves his wet food the most.

Winston has lived with cats previously and will do fine as long as another cat is not dominant. He would also be happy to be an only. Winston was introduced to the resident dog and was non-reactive. The dog will need to ignore him as he is not looking for a playmate. Winston does well with older cat savvy children and will only be considered to homes with children 8+ as any younger would be too stressful on him.

ADOPTION FEE $75.
