He's the perfect mix of fun and affectionate. He is currently recovering from his surgery like a little champ and will be ready to go to his forever home on February 24th. If you're looking for a resilient, loving kitty with a whole lot of personality (and one adorable wink 😉), Winky is your boy!

Your application and contact information will be sent to the appropriate NCHS team member for review. If approved, the team member will reach out to you to schedule a time to meet the animal!
