Wink (Millington, TN)'s Story

Wink is a 1-year-old orange tabby and a staff favorite for good reason. He loves other cats and would do best in a home with a feline friend. Wink’s story started when he was abandoned in a trap on the road in front of our rescue center during the night. At first, he was frightened and withdrawn—we thought he might become a barn cat—but once he felt safe, his true personality began to shine.

Wink is still a little shy, but he’s come such a long way. He now seeks out attention, purrs loudly, and absolutely loves chin scratches. He may try to hide at first, but with a little patience and love, he’ll soon be cuddled up on the couch, showing just how affectionate he can be. A confident cat companion will help him continue to blossom.

Wink is neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. You can meet him at our rescue center in Millington, TN.
