Willy's Story

Meet Willy, a charming two-year-old brown and white tabby with a story that turned from rough beginnings into a second chance at love. Found and gently nursed back to health by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan, Willy has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate boy who's now ready to find a forever home of his own. He's the kind of cat who doesn't just sit nearby, he joins the moment, happily climbing into your lap and soaking up every bit of attention like it's sunshine.

Willy's Likes:

Being the center of your world (or at least your lap!)
Gentle pets... and then more pets... and then just a few more
Temptations cat treats (his ultimate weakness)
Cozy cuddle sessions with his favorite humans
Quiet companionship and relaxed environments

Willy's Dislikes / Needs:

Shy or timid cats (he can be a bit of a bully and is still learning how to play appropriately)
Would do best with a confident, easygoing cat who can handle his strong personality and help show him the ropes
Unknown feelings about dogs (he hasn't met them yet!)

Willy is still figuring out his feline manners, but with the right confident companion or as your one-and-only, he has all the potential to be an incredible addition to a loving home. Paws 4 Life Animal Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
ADOPTION PROCESS Our goal is to match the right pet with the right adopter. This means we approach each adoption opportunity in a unique way. One of our adoption specialists will meet (in person, or by phone) with you to learn about your "ideal pet." We take into consideration lifestyle, family dynamic, desired personality traits and an adopter's overall objective in bringing a new pet into their home and make recommendations on which of our pets may be a good fit. ADOPTION SUPPORT We understand that bringing a new pet into your home can be a little stressful. It can take time for a new animal to settle in, and you may have questions about behavior or routine. When we adopt out a pet to a new home, we are available to answer any questions that come up - and to support the new adopter with any special needs they may have related to in-home adjustment. Because our pets are fostered in private homes, we can let you know what's normal, what's not and how to address any initial challenges you may have. FEES Adoption fees vary by animal, and take into consideration age, breed and other characteristics. We strive to keep adoption fees reasonable and many of our animals receive veterinary care at costs that far exceed the adoption fee. Adoption fees are listed on each animal's description. WHAT'S INCLUDED All of our adoptable animals receive age-appropriate vaccines, are spayed/neutered (at age-appropriate time), have a microchip and are tested for species-specific diseases. They also go home with a certificate for one month of FREE pet insurance through Trupanion.
