Willow's Story
ADOPT WILLOW!

Our majestic queen is looking for her FOREVER home as a single pet! Willow is a very playful and outgoing 6 year old girlie. She is very friendly and loves getting attention from people; she will easily be your BFF! She does tend to get overstimulated easily — she will let you know when shes had enough with some sass. So far in her foster home, she has not been a fan of other animals and would do best in a home with no kids or possibly older kids. Please only apply if you fit that requirement!

*Willow is spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, up-to-date on vaccines (just needs to finish her last distemper), microchipped, and has been treated for worms and fleas. She is on a little weight loss journey — she has gone down from 18 pounds to 13.7 pounds over the last month or so! Given her thick and fluffy coat, her owner should also expect to have to brush her often/potentially groom her butt area (or get her groomed) when her fur grows back in. She was VERY matted when she came back to us.

Willow originally came to us back in 2021 with her baby, who was adopted separately. Willow had been adopted to what we thought would be her forever home, but that was unfortunately not the case. To our surprise, Willow had run away from her home a couple years ago and we were NEVER informed. We got a call from a random vet last month saying a cat with a chip that was registered to us was there, and she was in bad shape. Once we found out more information, it seems as though Willow escaped the house after trying to be introduced to a new dog, search efforts for her were minimal, and she was just given up on until she turned back up on the property years later. We wont continue on about how upset we were and are, but we will say that you should not apply for this sweet girl (or any animal) if you dont intend for it to be forever, or if you dont intend to go above and beyond for her needs.

Apply to be Willows BFF!
