Willow's Story

You'll love Willow. This delightful teenage tabby girl with white accents has overcome the odds as a survivor of FIP. Willow was found in a colony as a tame cat. Shortly after she arrived at Kitten Rescue, we realized she had Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a serious condition that requires weeks of intensive, expensive treatment (see photo of Willow in her FIP treatment suite). We're now happy we can say that Willow made it through with flying colors, and now she's ready to take the world by storm.

With her upcoming first birthday in May, Willow is full of energy and zest for life. She can be both sweet and loving, as well as active and playful, making her a versatile companion for any cat lover. Since leaving her outdoor colony life behind, she's shown her chill and mellow side, enjoying hanging out and relaxing in cozy spots.

While she can be a bit of a sassy pants at times, Willow's lively personality adds a touch of charm and entertainment to any home. She would do well as an only cat or alongside another feline friend of similar age and energy. It's best that Willow lands in a home without kids under 10 years old, allowing her to flourish and enjoy her playful antics to the fullest. If you're looking for a spirited and loving companion who has conquered adversity with grace, Willow is waiting to bring joy and laughter into your life.

Please contact the foster at avorydale@gmail.com
