Willow's Story
Meet Willow - Our Quiet Little Survivor

Willow is the third of the sisters we trapped at the end of August, and like Iris and Clover, her journey has been one of survival, bravery, and slow, steady progress.

Right now, Willow is still not handleable. She is very unsure of people and keeps her distance. She's learning that indoor life is safe, that food comes regularly, and that hands don't mean harm - but trust takes time, especially for kittens who didn't grow up knowing kindness.

Willow will need a very patient, experienced, and quiet home - someone who understands that socialization is a process, not a deadline. She may not be the kitten who curls up in your lap anytime soon, but with consistency, calm energy, and love, we believe she can continue to grow.

Willow is:
Spayed
Microchipped
Fully vaccinated
Negative for FIV/FeLV
Up-to-date on exam
On flea preventative

She is still under a year old and would likely benefit from being adopted with one of her sisters or into a home with a confident, friendly cat to help show her the ropes.

Some cats are projects of the heart. Willow is one of them. The right home won't see what she isn't yet - they'll see who she has the potential to become.

If you believe in giving the shy ones a chance, Willow is waiting quietly for someone to believe in her.
