William, you dapper gentleman! <br/><br/>William was part of a pair of kittens found as strays and surrendered to ACCT Philadelphia. Due to being too young to be adopted out, ACCT reached out to see if we could help get William and his sister out of the shelter and we of course said yes! <br/><br/>Despite being covered in fleas, having eye infections, and being timid of humans - William and his sister have blossomed in foster care! Both are now flea free, with clear eyes and learning to love humans. <br/><br/>Will runs up to greet you now and loves circling your feet, laying on them, climbing into your lap, and has officially activated his purr machine phase. He loves playing and adores his foster siblings and would do great in a home with another playful cat! He has not met dogs yet but with his age, we think he would adjust to doggie siblings pretty quick!<br/><br/>William will not be ready for adoption for a couple more weeks but we wanted to start taking applications!
