Wild Tiger's Story
Hi, I'm Wild Tiger! A short haired grey tabby male, born approximately 2/06/2018. My right ear is a little quirky, but that just makes me unique! I've had quite the journey to get here. I lived outside for most of my life, and when I moved with the family to a new home, I really missed my previous neighborhood. I traveled 12 miles to find my way back to that old preferred neighborhood and showed up at the neighbor's house! After some tough times and a few big fights with other cats, they took me to the vet for care and discovered that I am FELV positive and I need to be an indoor-only kitty now.
I was then adopted with another FELV positive kitty who was very playful and high-energy, but all that running and bouncing around just wasn't my style. I'm more of a calm companion who loves to lounge in sunny spots and purr like a little engine when I'm getting pets. I wasn't interested in joining in on the games. I've learned I would be happiest as the only cat in my future home.
One-on-one attention is where I absolutely shine! I've met dogs before and handled it just fine, especially if they're respectful of my space. So, I should be fine with dogs as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. I am also great with low-key cat loving children. What I truly love is spending peaceful time with my people, soaking up affection and giving it right back. I'm a calm, sweet boy who enjoys head scratches, chin rubs, and especially a good butt scratch--I'll even lift my back end to let you know I want more! My purr is soft, and when I lean into your pets, you'll know how much I appreciate the love. I also like to play, and a fun wand toy can bring out my playful side!
More than anything, I just want a safe place where I can relax, be loved, and never have to worry about surviving outside again. Could you be the one to give me the home I've been searching for? If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I can't wait to meet you! 12/6/25 8:14 PM
