Whopper's Story

Hi, I'm Whopper, a friendly guy who was found outside and brought to HAWS. I think I'm a good looking guy and the volunteers here agree saying my nose freckles are charming! I'm still adjusting to the shelter environment and like lounging on the high ledges in my room watching the people from up
there. I live in the Small Colony Room at HAWS which is spacious with lots of areas to explore and plenty of toys when the mood to play strikes me. I
have it to myself now but maybe I'll get a roommate before I find my forever home? Since I spent some time outside, I was tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) because it is typically passed with a deep bite (i.e. cat fight). Don't worry, I can't pass FIV to people or dogs AND it's unlikely that I pass it to another cat if the home if it's a stable
environment. A FIV+ cat lives a long life too, all I ask is I stay inside, get regular vet checks and get plenty of love! Please come meet me today.
