Whitney's Story
Whitney is a spayed female Tiger/White cat who is looking for a new home. She was brought to the shelter due to her previous owner poor health. She is around 8 years old and loves people. While Whitney was around another cat in her previous home she would prefer a home with out other cats. She has never been around dogs, but her former owner said she had been around children and did fine with them. Whitney is also litter-box trained. If you're interested in meeting her/him please call (419) 294-4477 Ext. 3 from 9AM-5PM to schedule an appointment.

WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process

Step 1— Visit our shelter! (Appointments Required)
The animal of your choice will be reserved for you at the time of scheduling. (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)

Step 2— Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
